All capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meaning attributed to them in Recharge Haven™'s Platform Terms of Services (“Platform Terms”). We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Notice from time to time. Your continued use of this Platform after we make changes is deemed to be acceptance of those changes, so please check periodically for updates.
By accessing the Platform or using any of our services, you accept the practices described in this Privacy Notice and acknowledge that we may process and share your personal information. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Platform.

Further, it does not apply to Customers, meaning those individuals who are customers of our Heroes. If you are a Customer of a Hero, Kajabi only acts as a service provider or processor of your data. You must contact the Hero directly if you have any questions or would like to exercise your data rights in your applicable jurisdiction. Finally, this does not apply to job applicants, candidates, or workforce members of Kajabi.
